Clarity before commitment

Good questions. Straight answers.

Everything you need to know about your behind-the-scenes web team.

What does unlimited design and development actually mean?

You can submit an unlimited number of eligible tasks to your request queue. Each subscription includes one active production request at a time. Once a task is completed and approved, the next request begins. Unlimited requests do not mean unlimited working hours, simultaneous projects, or guaranteed task quantities each month.

Can I submit requests for multiple client websites?

Yes. Add eligible requests for multiple end-client WordPress websites or Shopify stores under the relevant subscription. All requests share the subscription’s active production capacity.

Do you offer both design and development?

Yes. Both subscriptions include website UI/UX design and platform-specific development. Submit design-only tasks, development-only tasks, or requests involving both disciplines.

Can you build a complete website from scratch?

Yes. New website builds are reviewed individually. Standard, template-led projects may be delivered through subscription milestones when approved. Large custom builds, complex functionality, extensive content migration, and enterprise projects may require separate fixed-price quotations.

How long does each task take?

Many routine small requests target an initial delivery within 2–3 business days once required information and access are available. Complexity and queue position affect timing. Larger projects take longer; estimates follow a requirements review.

What happens if I need revisions?

Unlimited in-scope revisions are included. Changes outside the original agreed brief become a separate task or an additional quotation where appropriate.

Can I request WordPress and Shopify work on the same plan?

Each subscription covers one platform. Choose both services for $2,798/month, with two independent active request slots — one for WordPress and one for Shopify.

Do you provide white-label services?

Absolutely. We operate as your behind-the-scenes fulfillment partner. Our branding does not appear on your client’s finished websites or deliverables.

Will you communicate directly with my clients?

By default, communication is between BrewingHOT and your agency. Direct client communication must be separately agreed and authorized.

Can you work with Figma designs created by our agency?

Yes. Send approved Figma designs, and we’ll review and implement them using the appropriate WordPress or Shopify technology.

Do you support Elementor, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce?

Yes. Our WordPress service covers commonly used builders, themes, and WooCommerce development, subject to compatibility and request scope.

Can you customize Shopify checkout pages?

We support modifications allowed by Shopify’s current platform capabilities and the merchant’s plan. Unsupported or restricted checkout functionality cannot be guaranteed.

Do you include website hosting and paid plugins?

No. Hosting, domains, premium themes, app subscriptions, plugin licenses, and other external charges are billed separately by the relevant providers unless expressly agreed.

Do you handle urgent requests?

Urgent requests are assessed based on availability and the existing queue. Rush fees or additional capacity may apply where expedited delivery is possible.

What isn’t included?

Complex standalone applications, large custom plugins, custom Shopify apps, extensive API projects, enterprise migrations, complete branding campaigns, copywriting, hosting, paid third-party services, and unlimited simultaneous production are not automatically included. Additional costs are clarified before proceeding.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, subject to agreed billing terms. Unused subscription time is not automatically refunded or carried forward.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can cancel future renewals and reactivate when capacity is available. Automatic pausing and credit rollover are not included in standard plans.

What happens to unfinished tasks if I cancel?

You retain ownership of paid-for, approved deliverables in accordance with the service agreement. Work on incomplete requests stops when a subscription ends unless separate completion arrangements are made.

Who owns the design and code?

Upon full payment, your agency receives ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for its requests, subject to third-party licenses, pre-existing tools, reusable components, and the service agreement.

Is there a limit to how many website requests I can submit?

There is no fixed limit on eligible requests added to the queue. Production is sequential and governed by active request slots, available working days, and the agreed scope.
