Eligible requests and active capacity
Unlimited means the number of eligible requests added to the queue, not simultaneous production, unlimited working hours, or guaranteed task quantities. Each platform subscription includes one active request. The combined package includes one WordPress and one Shopify slot.
Scope review and delivery
Requests are completed in priority order. Larger tasks may be divided into milestones. Full builds, complex integrations, and major redevelopment require scope review and may need a separate quotation. Routine small tasks target initial delivery within 2–3 business days depending on complexity, queue position, required information, and access.
Revisions and exclusions
Unlimited in-scope revisions are included. Out-of-scope changes become separate tasks or quotes. Hosting, domains, premium themes, plugin licenses, paid apps, copywriting, branding campaigns, standalone applications, large custom plugins, custom Shopify apps, enterprise migrations, and extensive API projects are not automatically included. Shopify checkout work depends on the platform and merchant plan.
