Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, subject to the agreed billing terms.
Cancellation and unfinished work
Unused subscription time is not automatically refunded or carried forward. Automatic pausing and credit rollover are not included. Work stops on incomplete requests when a subscription ends unless separate completion arrangements are made.
Ownership
Upon full payment, your agency receives ownership of custom deliverables created for its requests, subject to third-party licenses, pre-existing tools, reusable components, and the service agreement.
